Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all tours and services booked with Lezhixing International Travel Service (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.. Please read them carefully before booking.

Quotes and bookings

Itineraries and quotes are free and non-binding. A booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit and send a written confirmation.

Payments

A deposit (typically 30%) is due at booking and the balance before your arrival in China, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations

Cancellation charges depend on how close to departure you cancel and on the conditions of hotels and transport providers. The applicable policy is stated in your booking confirmation.

Travel documents

Travellers are responsible for holding a valid passport and, if required, a visa. We provide guidance and supporting documents but cannot guarantee entry decisions made by immigration authorities.

Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses and cancellation.
